Inphyrean Warden is an Enemy in Salt and Sacrifice. Inphyrean Warden has Physical elemental affinity and is listed on spot 45 in the bestiary, which contains various information regarding the hostile characters encountered in the game. In the kingdom of Alterstone, you will come across different enemies such as the undead, monsters, human enemies, and more.

One of the few fabled nobles of the Inphyrean Chasm, a place where no mortal may go.

Where to Find Inphyrean Warden in Salt and Sacrifice

  • The Inphyrean Warden is fought as a boss at the end of the Prologue, during which he is significantly stronger than players and will likely kill them in 2-3 hits. While it is possible to kill the Inphyrean Warden at this point in the game, it is not necessary and you will progress regardless of the outcome of the battle.
  • The Inphyrean Warden can be encountered once more in the Elder Copse, in a long hall directly underneath the starting Obelisk. You can reach this location by making your way to the eastern side of the map (if it is your first visit, you will need to first make your way around by moving through the map in a counter-clockwise fashion), dropping below a red platform and grappling to a rickety platform on the left. See the Elder Copse Walkthrough page for details.
  • The Inphyrean Warden at the Elder Copse appears to be a regular mob without a Boss health bar but he will still be stronger than most mobs and will still possess boss/mini-boss-like mechanics.

Inphyrean Warden Notes & Tips

  • The combined value of the items the Warden drops equal out to 26000 silver if sold, or 13000 salt if used as consumables.
  • There are three phases to the fight, his jumping slam is punishable in every phase except the last as he adds up to three followups after it. In second to third phase, wait for him to breath the red magic attack and roll through it because he will hop back to fire a laser with both hands. If you stand against him when his laser is firing, you can land a lot of free hits in both the second and third phase.
