Arc Surge is a Highblade in Salt and Sacrifice. Arc Surge scales only with Dexterity. Highblades are Melee Weapons that can be used to inflict damage on hostile characters and provides defense against Enemies and Bosses. They may possess Runic Arts unlike Ranged Weapons which don't.

 

A blade of electricity. It hums with a strange energy. You can feel it course through your body when your hand closes around the grip.

• Consumes slightly more stamina per swing than other Highblades (8 swings takes you to 0 at 82.5 stamina, compared to 10 swings from the Steel Blade)
• The buff from the Charged Blade runic art lasts for 15 seconds upon activation.
