From my limited sample size of 1 bossfight against Luminimancer, seems to increase grapple crits on mages by 50%
My attack rating was 99.3 with Headtaker (100% physical), but I was doing 106 damage to him with my R1's (He has negative phisical defence, maybe?)
Regular grapple crit dealt 191 damage, which indicates that grapple crits probably have ~1.8x damage multiplier of your regular attack
Celestial Point grapple crit dealt 296 damage, making it ~2.7x damage multipler
