Cure All is a Divine Glyph Runic Art in Salt and Sacrifice. Cure All allows players to restore your and your allies health, can be found in Divine Staff, Golden Scepter, and Stave of Mercy. It requires Class 3 Glyphreader and spends Focus Points in order to be cast. Runic Arts are unique abilities that some weapons possess, they provide diverse tools to players that can be used to harm Enemies or buff allies and may require certain levels in Banereader or Glyphreader in order to be cast.

Scales with Arcana for approximately 0.2 HP per point in Arcana, same with Cure Wounds.

Seems to heal approximately 20hp, same as cure wounds. Tested on level 60 character with 166 max hp and minimal conviction with divine scepter. Pretty sure runic arts don't scale with stats or weapon upgrares but making mention anyways.
This sounds really good for Co-Op, your partner could practically tank most hits while you focus on keeping him alive.
Increases healing now based on Conviction, used to be Arcana. 0.2 HP per point of Conviction.
