Display Trophies in Salt and Sacrifice are a special type of Item that you can craft to display your deeds in battle. Each Display Trophy is directly related with a Mage and can be crafted on the blacksmith station located on the west part of Pardoner's Vale right next to Warpsmith Zakie.
You'll be able to see the display trophies that you crafted inside your personal Tent at Pardoner's Vale which can be found west of Verdantvoice Trista. To unlock the tent, first craft any type of Display Trophy. Once in your posession, talked with Verdantvoice Trista and she'll give you the key to open the tent.
