Filthy Key is a Key Item item in Salt and Sacrifice. Key Items are known as main important items that are necessary to progress. These Key Items include objects such as Keys and Items for Quests. These grant users access to next locations allowing them to move further within the game. They can be obtained through drops or found throughout the different Locations.

Filthy Key allows the access to the sewers below the Bol Gerahn's Tomb Temple.

Where to Find Filthy Key in Salt and Sacrifice
Filthy Key is found next to the Throne at Bol Gerahn's Tomb Temple, near the Mage corpse that initiates the hunt for Nix Ocifiris. Wall jump up to the wooden platforms above and make your way across the crumbling platforms towards the left, where you'll find a Treasure Pouch (which contains the Steel Key). Drop below and climb the ladder on the left and one more ladder to go up to the next floor. Mind the blade trap and head east and up to find the Temple's Obelisk. Head west past another blade trap and climb up the ladder at the end of the path. The pressure plate nearby will probably trigger a barrage of arrows from a trap on the left. Climb up another ladder and make your way across the platforms heading east. There is a lever you can pull at the very end in the east to unlock the gate to the main section of the Desolate Plain, from where you first enter Bol Gerahn. Climb the platforms above the lever to unlock another door at the top, which also leads outside. Climb back down and follow the steps west towards the Throne, in front of which you can loot a Treasure Pouch containing the Filthy Key.
