Where to find Glacial Set in Salt and Sacrifice

• Can be crafted at the blacksmith's area once you obtain one of the Materials needed to create any of the Armor Sets' pieces.
• Celus Zend, The Mourning Winter and his minions at Ashbourne Village drop the Materials.
