Howling Blades is a Twindagger in Salt and Sacrifice. Howling Blades scales primarily with Dexterity. Twindaggers are Melee Weapons that can be used to inflict damage on hostile characters and provides defense against Enemies and Bosses. They may possess Runic Arts unlike Ranged Weapons which don't.

 

A pair of light daggers made from a foreign metal that you cannot identify. The blades have strange grooves that seem to harness the air around them and concentrate it to make the edge sharper.
