Iron From Blood is a special Consumable item in Salt and Sacrifice. Unlike common consumables, this item can be used repeatedly so as long as the player has the required resource to use it.

Iron From Blood Tips & Builds
- Consumes 7.5% of your maximum health per use.
- This HP reduction cannot kill you.
- If the player does not meet the HP requirements to use it, they will still be able to use the item. If used, they will still perform the animation, but nothing will happen. No ammunition will be restored and no leftover HP will be lost.
- Restores 1 ammunition per use.
- This item cannot restore beyond the max ammunition pool of the user.
- This item can be used if the user does not have ammunition equipped, but it will not do anything, not even reducing their HP.
