Poise is a Stat in Salt and Sacrifice. Stats in Salt and Sacrifice can be divided into three categories: Main Attributes, Combat Stats, and Defensive Stats. As players level up, they are granted a chance to improve one or more of their Main Attributes which then influences their secondary stats in the other categories. Additionally, your Equipment, Skills and currently active buffs and effects can also affect your Stats.

How to Increase Poise in Salt and Sacrifice?

  • Poise by itself can be increased in two main ways:
    • Equipping Armor that provides poise. This is the most common option available to players.
      • Most Light Armor does not have any poise whatsoever. Poise is more easily available to Heavy Armor sets.
    • Equipping an Artifact that provides poise. This option is more rare, since the stats on artifacts are randomized.
      • Boolstering an artifact to re-roll its stats may help with finding one that provides poise.
    • The Stone-Shield Ring also provides a flat increase of 5.0 poise.

Salt and Sacrifice Poise Notes & Tips

  • Certain weapon categories have increased poise values when attacking, such as (for example) Greathammers and Twohanders.
  • The Endurance stat provides a Poise multiplier for any equipped armor pieces the player currently has. The higher the Endurance you have, the more poise you can obtain.
