Where to find Timekeeper's Set in Salt and Sacrifice

• Can be crafted at the blacksmith's area once you obtain one of the Materials needed to create any of the Armor Sets' pieces.
• Zaruman Tam, The Wraith Temporal and his minions at Dreadstone Peak drop the Materials.
