Vertabral Column is a Whip in Salt and Sacrifice. Vertabral Column scales primarily with Strength, Conviction and Luck. Whips are Melee Weapons that can be used to inflict damage on hostile characters and provides defense against Enemies and Bosses. They may possess Runic Arts unlike Ranged Weapons which don't.
A whip constructed of vertebrae. The individual segments are held together by powerful sinew. The weapon appears organic, yet you cannot fathom any creature that sports such anatomy.

Vertabral Column Notes and Tips in Salt and Sacrifice
- Swings slower than other Whips
- One of the few Whips that use Divine Glyphs instead of Forbidden Glyphs.
- Is the only Whip in the game with any Strength scaling at all.
- At 40 Luck, 5 Conviction, and 5 Strength, this weapon has an attack rating of 65.4 when maxed out.
- At 40 Luck, 5 Conviction, and 40 Strength, this weapon has an attack rating of 92.3 when maxed out.
- At 40 Luck, 40 Conviction, and 40 Strength, this weapon has an attack rating of 131.9 when maxed out.
- This makes it the whip with the highest base damage in the game. However, it lacks any usable buffs and demands a very specific stat spread, which makes using other whips unoptimal.

Has slow attack speed with no damage buff. You can consider the spinning bone disk that flies back and forth between you the weapon buff but honestly this weapon just kinda blows.
