- Swings faster than other Staves.
- At 40 Arcana, this weapon has an attack rating of 37.6 when maxed out.

My favorite weapon in the entire game. I played around with most of the other staffs, but ended up using it the most. It's the fastest staff for normal attacks, but honestly the second runic art is more than enough to kill most enemies - the burn (damage over time) is amazing and even stacks (at least up to three times, which can also be achieved by standing in the enemy while casting it).

I think the hidden "Fast Hitter" is back in this game. This staff hits significantly faster than the base and Ice one.
Kind of a bummer that one of the best staves and armors in the game is dropped by the first boss...
