Weapons in Salt and Sacrifice are an equipment category of the game. Weapons are equipped by the player character and are used to inflict damage against hostile characters such as Enemies and Bosses. As it was in the first game, Salt and Sanctuary, there is a good number of weapon categories to choose from where any Class can use any Weapon as long as they have unlocked the Skill requirement/s for the weapon. This page covers a list of all the Weapons that can be found in the game.
- There are 13 Categories of Melee Weapons
- There are 6 Categories of Ranged Weapons
- Weapons come with Runic Arts
Please visit Weapons Comparison Table for a minimalistic view of all Melee and Ranged Weapons at base level

are direction inputs for combo's still a thing in this game? seems like all combo's are tired to Square/triangle presses vs the old salt and sanctuary's more fighting game system of adding in movement presses as well.

Is it just me, or does this game heavily favor str/con or pure arcane builds? I mean, I did a dex playthrough and I feel like all dex weapons get terrible glyphs. They're all just a 50% dmg increase for 5 seconds, where as str (bludgeons in particular) get nuke the area with meat hooks or call in an air strike with bubbles.
