Treacherous Blade is a Forbidden Glyph Runic Art in Salt and Sacrifice. Treacherous Blade allows players to rush forward while slashing in a single motion, and can be found in the weapon Heretic's Bane. It requires Class 5 Banereader and spends Focus Points in order to be cast. Runic Arts are unique abilities that some weapons possess, they provide diverse tools to players that can be used to harm Enemies or buff allies and may require certain levels in Banereader or Glyphreader in order to be cast.

Treacherous Blade Notes and Tips

• When casted, the user rushes into a single direction to perform a slash, while also leaving behind a trail of air blades after a brief moment has passed.
  • The air blades are always generated after the slash itself has been performed.
• Moves the user horizontally in the direction they're facing at the moment of cast.
  • The distance covered is equivalent to two rolls in light equipment load. This makes it an excellent gap closer.
  • This movement can go upstairs or downstairs, provided the correct movement buttons are pressed at the moment of the cast.
• The generated air blades always travel in a complete straight line in the position of the cast, regardless of the user's actual trayectory (such as going upstairs or downstairs).
• The slash itself deals the same damage as a normal attack from the weapon.
