Forbidden Glyphs are one of the two Runic Arts in Salt and Sacrifice. They are spell-like abilities embedded into certain Weapons, that can be cast in order to help players during combat, be it by inflicting damage, bolstering the equipped weapon's damage output, or even by restoring health, among other capabilities.
Forbidden Glyphs require players to spend Black Greystones in one of the five Banereader Skills of the Tree of Skill. Note that not having the required skill level that a Forbidden Glyph demands, will render it useless and players won't be able to cast it until the requirements are finally met. This does not work as Weapons do, in that players are able to wield them, although less effectively, even if they do not meet the Skill requirements.
